FOUNDATION

Northern has moved into its second century as an educational institution and aspires to meet the higher educational needs and demands of our community and changing world. With 14 Baccalaureate degree programs and a growing student body, there are increasing demands for qualified faculty, new and improved facilities, and state of the art technologies.

The Foundation’s mission is to increase, manage and distribute resources for the benefit of the students, college and community. Your support is critical if we are to successfully meet the demands and challenges before us.

Northern New Mexico College Foundation — a non profit 501(c)(3) corporation — has been raising funds to support scholarships and other college initiatives since 1995. The Foundation exists to promote and further the interests, objectives and purposes of the College; to seek and receive gifts, legacies and grants of money or other tangible assets; to administer such for the benefit of the college; and to provide active leadership, direction and expertise in fund raising efforts for the College.

The Foundation's Scholarship Endowment Funds have grown to over three million. The endowments are one additional way to ensure access to higher education for students from throughout northern New Mexico. The majority of our students balance work, school and family in an effort to improve their lives. Scholarship support can keep students focused on completion of their education.

The Foundation office is located in the Administration Building, Room 128, on the Española campus of Northern New Mexico College, 921 Paseo de Oñate, Española, NM 87532.
