When he dropped out of high school he was told he would never amount to anything. With the help of Northern New Mexico College’s High School Equivalency Program and College Assistance Migrant Program, Baldonado has not only earned his high school equivalency diploma and plumbing and pipefitting certificates, he has gained confidence in his ability to master the skills he needs to achieve his dreams.
